Bluestone Capital, LLC, originates and places bridge debt and structured finance deals is all areas of the capital stack, from first mortgage financing, to mezzanine and preferred equity investments and participations. Bluestone is a direct lender in these debt and equity transactions.

A full-service property management company that owns and operates in excess of 1,200 multifamily units, as well as mixed use properties, throughout the greater New York City.

Graycliff was founded in 2008 to fill the demand for a reliable and responsible management company. In just a short time the firm has earned a strong reputation based on its great service, and high level of professionalism. Graycliff is also well known in the industry for its abilities in turning around distressed properties that are fraught with housing code violations and deferred maintenance, through its highly competent property managers and in-house construction team. To date; the firm has been successful in getting 6 properties discharged from HPD’s Alternative Enforcement Program (HPD’s program for the city’s 200 most distressed buildings).

Graycliff Urban Management is also an approved Fiduciary with NYS Office of Court Administration as a court approved property manager and Receiver.
